Our pawpaw orchard and nursery are nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, near Asheville, North Carolina. The orchard began in 2020, when a large hemlock tree on our property fell and opened up a space to plant more than 130 trees. The nursery began the following spring, as we potted up hundreds of seedling trees for rootstock. We now graft more than 20 varieties of pawpaw trees.
